Full refund credited to original payment method within 14 days of delivery.
Notify us within 7 days for immediate return or exchange of damaged items.
International returns received past 30 days will be returned to sender.
All items purchased on AllThingsDressy will gladly be accepted for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.
Please note that all Clearance items, Accessories, and Bodysuits are a Final Sale.
In the event your item is damaged or defected, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange. Any international returns received later than 30 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
