If your order is placed on a weekday, there is a processing time of 3-5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you to with detailed tracking information.
Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur. Please contact us via phone at 301.920.4429 in the event our carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.
Shipping options above exclude products that are considered oversized (Large Outerwear and Coats). Oversized products are subject to weight and dimensional rate calculations determined by the shipping carrier/service chosen at checkout.
